The company are a well-known Bathroom Manufacturer based in Hull, this is a full-time role for Maternity cover with working hours being Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work from their office base full time. Key Responsibilities: Customer onboarding ensuring all customers fully adopt and understand our product and key millstones at the point of order to achieve a seamless project and delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Track project progress and provide regular updates to our clients and project manager. Coordinate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records. Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for projects. Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders. Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
