Our client based in Huntingdon are seeking a professional and experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to support their busy conveyancing team. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience working within a legal or conveyancing environment. Key Responsibilities for the Legal Secretary role: * Preparing and typing legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer documents. * Daily filing including opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files * Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction. * Managing diaries, arranging meetings, preparing conference rooms, providing refreshments as required. * Audio typing * Assist with reception cover including postal duties as required * Filing, photocopying, scanning, and providing general administrative support. * Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
