As a Photography and Media Supervisor, you'll take the lead on the day-to-day delivery of photographic services at RAF Halton. You'll manage tasks, standards, and outputs within the photographic section, ensuring all work meets customer requirements and agreed service levels. Day-to-day, you'll be:
* Managing and delivering photographic and video services to support recruit training and ceremonial events
* Supervising and prioritising tasks within the photographic section in line with customer requirements
* Advising stakeholders on photographic capability, standards, and outputs
* Maintaining photographic KPIs, monitoring data, and supporting reporting requirements
* Supporting off-site activities, including training exercises and occasional travel to other locations
This is a full-time, onsite role, working 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-16:00).
Key Technical Skills
* Strong technical knowledge of photography, including equipment and techniques
* Experience producing video content and using relevant software
* Awareness of working within a regulated or structured environment
* Ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders
Educational & Experience Requirements
* HND or equivalent level of education in a relevant subject
* Full, current UK driving licence
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
