About the Role
Our Warehouse Operatives play a vital role in ensuring our clinics are fully equipped to deliver excellent patient care. Working within our Stock Hub, you’ll manage the flow of medical supplies and equipment; from receiving deliveries and maintaining stock accuracy to coordinating timely distribution to clinics. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that directly supports operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, check, and label incoming stock.
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to clinics.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits.
* Monitor expiry dates and support stock rotation.
* Keep the Stock Hub organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
* Coordinate deliveries to ensure clinics receive supplies on time.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous experience in stock control, warehouse, or logistics (healthcare experience desirable).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock data.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Commitment to maintaining compliance, safety, and high standards of service.
