At Maxime Cinema, We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team that is also able to perform duty manager tasks when required.
Maxime Cinema is part of Picturedrome Electric Theatre Company Ltd. which is a growing company with seven cinemas currently located across the U.K.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast-paced, customer focused environment. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.
Previous Supervisor experience is preferred, but not essential as training can be provided.
Role Details:

* Weekend and evening work will be required

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Managing Front of House
* Deputise & support the Management team where possible
* Duty manager shifts when required (Key holder for the building)
* Stock Control
* Till operation and cash reconciliation
* Addressing and resolving customer complaints
* Recruitment, induction and training
* Coaching and developing the team
* Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
* Preferred marketing experience but not essential
