Job Description:
Sabio is seeking a Supply Intern to support our UK Sales team and Head of Global Supply. In this role, the intern will report directly to the Global Head of Supply and assist with assembling sales materials, conducting research, and coordinating internal requests across teams. The intern will gain hands-on experience within the digital media and CTV ecosystem while helping support the sales and supply teams with operational workflows, documentation, and internal coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning how sales, supply, and operations teams collaborate within the digital advertising and ad tech industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assemble Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks using provided templates and internal data
· Identify and share insights on potential new publishers for the sales team
· Build and maintain CTV site lists by market, format, and content type
· Respond to advertiser and agency requests using pre-approved materials
· Log inbound advertiser and agency requests to the supply team
· Track request status, owners, and deadlines in a shared internal tracker
· Coordinate inputs across supply, sales, operations, and data teams
· Flag blockers or overdue requests for escalation when needed
· Maintain an archive of completed QBRs, site lists, and related sales materials
· Support supply outreach activities and general team coordination as needed
Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
· Interest in digital media, advertising, or the CTV ecosystem
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and shared trackers
