Information about collection of your personal data:
When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.
We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.
The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.
The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.
Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.
You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.
You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.
It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.
Do you have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills from a strong administration and customer service background?
we are looking for someone to join our aftersales team to assist with the quoting, delivery, and customer communication relating to works carried out by our field-based inspectors and engineers across the country.
Ensure the best level of service to all our clients
key responsibilities include:
1. Assist with day-to-day tasks relating to running of customer accounts for our inspection and maintenance customers, including regular preparation for calls and reports.
2. Support in quoting for repair works carried out by our field-based engineers, following inspection visits and general enquiries.
3. To assist the accounts team with any invoicing issues linked to the inspection and maintenance works.
4. Working simultaneously on multiple projects, balancing workload, and communicating when support is needed to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Provide technical support for the field engineers when required, for both Kompan and third-party equipment.
6. Assist with local stock levels for our engineers and ensure regular parts and consumables are at the correct levels with the support of the engineer coordinator.
7. To assist in the development of systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the Aftersales department.
8. Investigating and resolving customer complaints and enquiries regarding inspections and repairs.
9. Supporting the leaders in the team to create the monthly reports for the inspection engineers and the weekly financial pipeline report.
10. Ensure the systems used by the Aftersales Coordinators are kept clean and the data is accurate.
11. Liaising with senior management is required on a regular basis.
Experienced Coordinator
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key Competencies
12. Experience working with field-based engineers working in practical roles.
13. Possess commercial acumen, focusing on customer needs and outcomes.
14. An understanding of profit and gross margin and the ability to track this across multiple areas of the department.
15. Displays a collaborative approach, actively seeking input from colleagues and third parties and working collaboratively across departments and with customers.
16. Proven capability of multi-tasking and working to multiple fixed deadlines
17. Ensuring great customer care and project delivery.
18. Good geographical knowledge and use of planning tools.
19. Experience in Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and an ERP system
20. Experience of working within a construction, maintenance or service engineers’ business maybe an advantage, but training will be given to the right candidate
