As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Administrator to join our Administration team in Buckingham. This is a varied, fast-paced position that plays a key role in keeping our customer-facing operations running smoothly and ensuring every customer experiences the professional, accurate and friendly service Racelogic is known for. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administrator is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate customer records and supporting the wider administrative function. As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play a central role in shaping their experience of Racelogic - accuracy, clear communication and a friendly, professional manner are essential. Responsibilities and Duties Order Processing : Process customer orders received via email and phone, ensuring accuracy at every stage. Shipping and Logistics : Manage customer shipments and proactively communicate delivery expectations and timescales. Customer Enquiries : Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Customer Data : Accurately import and update customer information in our in-house system, maintaining clean and reliable records. Order and Invoice Accuracy : Maintain accurate customer records and ensure order and invoice accuracy throughout the process. Credit Control Support : Contact customers regarding overdue invoices, supporting Finance with timely follow-up. Wider Administrative Support : Support the wider Administration team with day-to-day tasks as workload demands. About You Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role. Strong attention to detail, with a consistent track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Comfortable understanding and adhering to company procedures, processes and styles. Experience with export, import and shipping is desirable but not essential. A flexible, proactive approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
