What You’ll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store driving commercial success while developing your team and creating an exceptional brand experience.
You will:
1. Lead from the front to create a high-performance, winning culture
2. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations: sales, service, stock, people, and compliance
3. Use store KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and take action
4. Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve targets
5. Ensure a seamless and inspiring shopping experience through strong visual merchandising and store standards
6. Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive
7. Drive a culture of curiosity and continuous learning on the shop floor
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a passion for people and sport.
8. 18+ months’ experience in sports or fashion retail, with 12+ months at Assistant Store Manager level
9. Strong team leadership and coaching skills
10. Confident with KPIs, performance analysis, and decision-making
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Good knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations
13. Experience in team development, training, and handling challenging situations
14. Comfortable with MS Office and fluent in English
