The Role
* Lead and implement the Trust’s primary improvement strategy.
* Drive consistently high‑quality teaching, curriculum design and inclusive practice across all primary schools.
* Strengthen Ofsted readiness and support schools before, during and after inspection.
* Build leadership and teaching capacity through coaching, professional development and collaborative working.
* Model excellent practice through strategic school‑based deployment.
* Contribute to wider trust priorities, including SEND and inclusion.
This is a senior system‑leadership role requiring credibility, resilience and the ability to influence, challenge and support leaders across multiple schools.
The Person
* Outstanding primary practitioner and leader with a strong track record of impact.
* Experienced in leading whole‑school or multi‑school improvement.
* Confident working with Headteachers and senior leaders to drive change at pace.
* Deeply committed to inclusive, evidence‑informed practice and continuous improvement.
* Ambitious, solutions‑focused and motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine difference at scale.
