A diverse construction consultancy with an architectural background is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
Working as part of a close-knit team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage multiple projects, pre and post contract, including residential, healthcare, and education schemes.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also undertake a client facing role, working closely with Trusts, local authorities, and developers.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS or degree qualified (Quantity Surveying)
Currently a Senior Quantity Surveyor, or ready to take a step-up
6+ years quantity surveying experience
Working / worked within a PQS / QS consultancy practice
A proven track record of managing multiple projects
