What You Will Enjoy Doing
* This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the heart of our organisation, providing the 'best in class customer service at our UK Customer Service centre. You will have the opportunity to network with others, learn and develop, whilst promoting our brand and values in the community.
* You will effectively manage and place complex customer orders (including Special Products)
* Within this role you will work closely with other business areas and outsourced partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolution of delivery related issues.
* You will be responsible for the escalation and resolution of customer complaints in line with BOC Terms and conditions whilst managing the voice of customer and Trustpilot feedback.
* As an order expert, you will not only manage direct customer interactions but will also be the first line of support for our external partners, providing effective, timely support to mitigate any negative customer experience.
* Working as part of a hardworking and close-knit team you will take pride in your work, demonstrate self-motivation, challenge the status quo and work cooperatively to achieve shared goals.
* In addition to your core role, you will embrace and seek out continuous improvement opportunities through automation and digitalisation
* You will promote a safe working environment, supporting the wider business safety and well-being agenda.
What Makes You Great
* You will have demonstratable experience of working in a customer service centre role, dealing directly with customers across a range of channels, responding to complex and challenging order related queries under your own initiative.
* You have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to network and develop positive relationships with both internal and external people.
* In addition, you display resilience, effectively handling setbacks and difficult challenges, proactively challenging yourself to think outside the box
* You will demonstrate a working knowledge of systems such as SAP, AWS, Salesforce within a customer service environment.
* You are reliable with a flexible approach, capable of working at pace whilst maintaining quality and accuracy.
* And finally, you want to succeed, develop, learn new things and challenge yourself
