Job Title: Head of E-Commerce - Amazon

Location: Neasden, London (on site, no hybrid option)
The role:
As the Head of E-Commerce, you will take full ownership of our Amazon business for UK, Europe, and USA. This includes end-to-end management of the account, covering product launches, content, storytelling, PPC, promotions, stock pricing, stock management, and overall P&L responsibility. Initially, the relationships will be primarily B2B via Vendor Central, with some Seller Central responsibilities, and you will also lead the Company’s B2B and D2C Ecommerce activities as strategies develop.
You will collaborate closely with PMs, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and your team to execute the strategies set by the Directors.
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the growth strategy of the Amazon business.
2. Manage the internal Amazon team.
3. Maintain relationships with Amazon contacts, including Vendor Managers and AVS, and support Finance with related queries.
4. Work with Finance to ensure the account's financials are accurate and up-to-date.
5. As part of the Senior Leadership team, oversee daily departmental operations and lead key initiatives.
6. Manage and develop the E-Commerce team, fostering a data-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset.
7. Use strategic thinking, conduct competitor analysis, and develop a deep understanding of products and target customers.
8. Manage pricing and promotional strategies to maximize value.
9. Collaborate with Marketing to optimize product listings with high-quality content, including storytelling techniques.
10. Make strategic decisions on product selection, pricing, and advertising spend.
11. Develop and execute advertising campaigns using AMS, SEO, DSP, and other Amazon tools.
12. Manage Sponsored Product, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brand campaigns, etc.
13. Ensure efficient inventory management and replenishment.
14. Lead reputation management efforts through product reviews and seller feedback.
15. Implement tools and systems to support Amazon success.
16. Manage staffing and agency relationships for Amazon activities.
17. Monitor account health, sales trends, and promotional activities.
18. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and account metrics across territories.
19. Participate in the Senior Leadership team to shape future E-Commerce strategies.

* Deep knowledge of E-Commerce business models and Amazon ecosystem.
* Strategic understanding of Amazon marketing, tools, and direct experience working with Amazon.
* Proven success in growing Amazon sales and managing vendor central accounts.
* Strong commercial awareness, competitor analysis skills, and customer understanding.
* Experience with KPI management and business drivers in e-commerce.
* Financial responsibility over e-commerce channels, focusing on ROAS.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with vendor managers.
* Leadership ability to build and manage teams.
* Creative mindset with a strong brand vision and entrepreneurial flair.
* Hands-on approach to strategy creation and implementation.
* Experience in fast-paced environments and managing high-volume products.
