An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Barnet is seeking a caring and motivated Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant nursery team. This is an immediate start position with flexibility for either full-time or part-time hours.
The Role
As a valued member of the Early Years team, you will:
1. Support the Nursery Teacher in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
2. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that encourages children’s curiosity and independence
3. Assist with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework
4. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
5. Help create a stimulating classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners
About You
6. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
7. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
8. Passionate about supporting young children’s development through play and exploration
9. Reliable, enthusiastic, and a great team player
