Account Manager
(Full Time, office based role located in Buntingford)
Are you an organised, people‑focused problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We're looking for an Account Manager to help coordinate and deliver high‑quality photography services for schools and other clients across the UK and overseas.
What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for schools and internal teams
Plan and organise photography visits, ensuring every job is fully briefed and runs smoothly
Coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and manage operational detail
Support post‑production teams with accurate information and timely updates
Follow up with clients after events, gather feedback, and secure future bookings
Join an on‑call rota to assist with occasional out‑of‑hours issues (e.g. last‑minute changes or emergencies)
Assist with additional photography projects for commercial or charity clients when needed
What We're Looking For
A confident communicator who enjoys building positive client relationships
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Strong problem‑solving skills and calm under pressure
Commercially aware with a proactive approach
Happy managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
Experience in account management, events, operations, scheduling, logistics, or client services
Must have a Car and full license as the office is not accesible via public transport
