Job Title: Private Client Specialist
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Paralegal to manage their own caseload of private client matters.
* Responsibilities will include drafting Wills, tax planning, estate administration, trust administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Court of Protection matters.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent literacy skills and be proficient in MS Word and other Office products. You should also have experience working in a professional environment, preferably within a law firm.
* Literacy Skills: Excellent communication and written skills are essential.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and other Office products is required.
* Professional Experience: A background in a professional setting, ideally within a law firm, would be beneficial.
* Team Player: A positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively, and willingness to support others are key.
