Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Duties and responsibilities related to theSousChefrole

* Overseekitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, andhigh standardsof food quality and presentation.
* Lead by example, managing and motivating the team tomaintainsmooth and organised operations.
* Leadmenu planning, recipe development, and the implementation of culinary standards.
* Oversee food preparation and plating to ensure consistency,portioncontrol, and adherence to recipes.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet service requirements and enhance guest satisfaction.

About You

You will have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel environment. A skilled culinary professional, you bring strong leadership andorganisationalabilities, along with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
