Leading UK law firm is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer to join their high-ranking team. The role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and the firm are interested in speaking with Associate and Senior Associate level lawyers.

Role Profile:
You will advise clients across a broad range of corporate matters including:
* Mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side transactions).
* Private equity and venture capital investments.
* Corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
* Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
* Corporate governance and company law advisory work.
* Management buy-outs and buy-ins.
* Capital raising and investment transactions.
* General commercial and strategic corporate advice.
Candidate Requirements:
* 4+ years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate team.
* Strong technical knowledge of corporate and company law.
* Experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
