Candidate Profile

You should have at least 1 year of experience in administrative and automotive sales environments, with a passion to succeed.

You must be confident with computers, highly capable of adhering to processes and compliance.

A full clean UK driving licence is required, along with a Basic DBS and adverse financial background checks.


Typical Daily Responsibilities

* Supporting a busy fleet sales team with administration and coordination
* Liaising with customers and internal departments
* Confirming orders and tracking progress
* Experience with AFRL and Vista systems is preferable
* Organising, prioritising, and meeting deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and customer service skills
* Enthusiasm and determination are valued more than fleet knowledge
* Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
