This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through our products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal, and Group Training.

Job Description
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Consistently demonstrate our elevated ways of working
* Lead national initiatives & incentives such as #WorkoutWednesday & in-gym challenges/events
* Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE, and lead by example. Support and train the team to enhance confidence and delivery.
* Own the REDEFINE product, driving cohort sales and engagement
* Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
* Manage group training timetables & monitor performance according to KPIs
* Enhance member engagement within your community
* Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
* Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the member base
* Support the team by driving revenue from membership sales, products, and secondary services
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to ensure positive member experiences
* Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development
* Drive personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly
Qualifications
Need to have
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
* CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
* Experience in running personal training sessions
* Strong leadership qualities & a passion for coaching
* Experience delivering various group training modalities
* Knowledge of current fitness industry trends
* Adaptability in communication and management styles to motivate the team
* Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-focused attitude
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
* Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and bank holidays
