3. To be able to analyse and interpret assessment results based on a proficient knowledge of evidence‑based practice, and using clinical reasoning skills to formulate and deliver an occupational‑focused treatment programme to enable optimal outcomes for clients.
4. To plan and implement interventions in collaboration with clients using graded activity to achieve their therapeutic goals.
5. Assess client understanding of treatment and gain their informed consent whilst being able to work within a legal framework with clients who have been assessed to lack mental capacity to consent to intervention.
6. Monitor and evaluate client progress, re‑assess and alter treatment programmes as appropriate in line with the client’s own occupational goals.
