As a key member of the finance team, you'll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to deliver financial planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting, while using data-driven insights to support change management and strategic initiatives. This is more than just a reporting role — it's about influencing outcomes and adding real value. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Marketing leadership to provide strategic financial insight and support decision-making. Lead the monthly financial reporting cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Deliver clear, actionable KPI reporting and performance dashboards. Use financial and operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and transformation. Support change management initiatives with robust financial modelling and scenario planning. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or commercial finance role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insight. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with or supporting Marketing or Commercial teams is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle). Why Join Us?
