We’re partnering with a growing, design-led supplier of premium tiles, kitchens, and bathrooms to recruit an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key territory, building strong relationships across the Contracts, architecture, design, and property development community, and positioning a premium brand as a go-to specification partner.
💼 The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on winning and developing project opportunities across residential and commercial developments.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal sales and showroom teams to convert specifications into revenue, ensuring a seamless journey from concept through to completion.
📊 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a regional business development strategy
* Target architects, interior designers, decorators, and developers
* Secure product specifications across multiple projects
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Conduct site visits, CPD presentations, and showroom appointments
* Maintain and grow key accounts
* Track projects from initial enquiry to completion
* Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
* Provide market insights and competitor feedback
👤 About You
* Proven track record in field-based B2B sales within:
* Tiles, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Interiors, or Building Materials (KBB sector)
* Strong network within architects, designers, or developers
* Experience in specification sales
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own territory
* Confident presenting to professional clients
