Public Sector Recruitment Manager

Salary: £35,000-£45,000, depending on experience (plus commission)
Our Public Sector division is growing and to support us during this exciting time we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Leaders at all levels of seniority to join our leadership team.
Leveraging our vast database and the multiple Public Sector Frameworks that we have been awarded and grown steadily year-on-year, this opportunity offers experienced professionals a chance to accelerate their career growth and achieve financial success swiftly.
Managing an existing team in MCS and partnering with an established team in Honeycomb, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by bringing out the best of our experienced, and trainee recruiters. These roles require strategic thinkers with proven track records in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with their teams, clients, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and track both team and individual KPIs to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
* Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with warm clients, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with their objectives while ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, team performance, and market insights for senior management.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record as a senior recruitment consultant or manager in a recruitment agency (Ideally Public Sector industry, or healthcare).
* Proven experience of delivering growth within your sector(s).
* Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English.

* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
