The Role
As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll learn every core function of the business from the ground up. This is a hands‑on, people-focused, performance-driven role where you gain real experience in sales, customer engagement, campaign strategy, and team development.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Supporting live sales and marketing campaigns for client brands
* Learning how to manage client accounts and monitor performance
* Gaining insight into business operations and campaign development
* Assisting with training and supporting newer team members
* Developing leadership skills through mentorship and coaching
* Contributing ideas to improve campaign results and customer engagement
* Building strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
This is not a passive training program — you will be actively involved in the growth of the business from day one.
