Property Damage Senior Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £85,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning international law firm with a strong reputation for advising the insurance market on complex property damage claims.
Due to continued growth, the firm’s specialist Property Damage team is looking to recruit a Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE to handle a varied and high-quality caseload.
You’ll work closely with leading insurers and underwriters, advising on complex disputes and high-value property damage claims, including multi-million-pound losses arising from a wide range of incidents.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialist insurance litigation expertise within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of complex property damage litigation matters
* Act on disputes involving fires, escapes of water and oil, subsidence and construction-related incidents
* Work closely with major insurers and underwriters on high-value claims
* Provide clear, practical advice to clients on technical property damage disputes
* Deliver a high standard of client service while meeting deadlines and targets
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across a specialist insurance litigation team
About You
* A qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE
* Experienced in property damage or insurance litigation
* Confident managing technical and complex disputes
* Highly organised with strong time management and case management skills
* Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
