Job Title: Warehouse Operative with RTITB Counterbalance and/or Reach Licence Pay Rate: £23, 809.50 £1780.36 Shift Pay = £25, 589.86 per annum Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: 37.5 hours between 07:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday Location: Glasgow, G32 8RH DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will: Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment. Be responsible for picking and packing specified items (Railway Spares) from storage and prepare them for shipment. Using Fork Lift Truck to transport items around the Warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, loading and unloading wagons. Manual handling of items weighing up to £25Kg Processing incoming and outgoing stock using in house computerised stock control system ROLE REQUIREMENTS CURRENT RTITB COUNTERBALANCE OR REACH FLT LICENCE (ESSENTIAL) Previous experience in a Warehouse environment Basic computer literacy WHY JOIN US?
