We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver age-appropriate educational programmes that cater to the individual needs of children in your care.
* Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn through play.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's development.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other educators and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment that supports all aspects of child development.
* Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and contribute to its overall success.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
* A minimum level 2 qualification in Early Childhood Education is essential.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A genuine passion for childcare and early years education, with the ability to inspire young learners through creative teaching methods.
