We are looking for a reliable and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Clipeum IT on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will focus on following up with inbound leads and reaching out to warm leads to book quality sales meetings. You will use Microsoft 365, Keap CRM, 3CX phone system, and Snitcher (website visitor tracking).
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly follow up on inbound leads and alerts from Snitcher and other sources
* Conduct outreach to warm leads through phone (3CX), email, and LinkedIn
* Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for the sales team
* Accurately track all activities and outcomes in Keap CRM
* Work towards weekly and monthly meeting booking targets
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or appointment setting
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* A proactive and organised approach
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Comfortable learning new tools – training will be provided on Microsoft 365, Keap CRM, 3CX phone system, and Snitcher
