Cooper & Co Solicitors have an immediate vacancy for an Admin Assistant in our office located in the centre of Canterbury. Our particular specialisation is acting in criminal and civil cases on the law on dogs throughout England & Wales, so if you are an animal lover this could well be the role for you In addition, we also offer a more traditional litigation, housing and wills / LPA drafting service.
We are a busy office and the general duties will include receiving and making calls, processing applications for consultations, receiving and making payments as well as liaising with clients, Courts, Police and Barrister's Clerks.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be proficient with social media and computer skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.
This is a part time role and we are ideally looking at 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday but there may be scope for flexibility.
The salary shown is for the full time equivalent so will be paid on a pro rata basis according to the hours agreed.
