About the Role:
As an ASB Officer, you'll be at the heart of our community work, tackling anti-social behaviour head-on and supporting residents to feel safe in their homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Investigating and managing ASB cases
Working closely with residents, police, councils, and partner agencies
Conducting interviews and home visits
Developing effective action plans and prevention strategies
Taking enforcement action where necessary
Promoting positive community engagement
