Role Overview
Reporting into the Brand & Partnerships leadership team, this role will support the ongoing development, management, and growth of the brand portfolio across the online channel.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and external brand partners to drive commercial performance, support brand strategy, manage stock ordering and delivery, and assist with the onboarding and launch of new brands. The role combines relationship management, commercial planning, operational coordination, and analytical insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Brand team in building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with external brand partners, acting as a key point of contact for allocated brands
* Managing over 50+ brands, acting as the main point of contact to build relationships and manage the performance
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver brand-specific marketing and commercial plans, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and aligned with business capabilities
* Lead on agreed brand initiatives for allocated partners, presenting plans to brands and working collaboratively to ensure successful execution
* Support the wider Brand team in the creation and delivery of brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives
* Manage stock ordering in line with agreed forecasts, minimum order quantities, and commercial plans
* Track purchase orders and deliveries, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment and communicating updates internally regarding lead times, shortages, or out-of-stock risks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stock levels support promotions, campaigns, and brand activity, including opportunities with affiliates and influencers
* Conduct brand and performance analysis (including demand, exposure, and sales trends) to identify growth opportunities and strengthen existing and prospective brand partnerships
* Support and lead on the onboarding of new brands, including market research, competitor analysis, and launch planning to ensure successful market entry
* Coordinate with brand partners on new product launches, managing assets such as product information, imagery, launch materials, and marketing support
Essential Experience & Skills
* Experience managing and developing external supplier or brand relationships
* Experience managing a large volume of accounts
* Proven ability to create, implement, and maintain brand or commercial plans
* Strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales growth through partnerships
* Ability to represent and “sell” a business proposition to prospective brand partners
* Confident in generating and developing creative ideas to support brand growth
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
* Excellent project management skills, able to prioritise multiple stakeholders and deadlines
* Clear, professional communication and strong written skills
