Responsibilities
* Lead Human Factors Requirements Development – Define and drive Human Factors (HF) requirements that support exceptional customer experience across future vehicle programs.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with teams across Engineering, Design, Programme Management, Commercial, and others to align ergonomics goals with overall vehicle development.
* Empathetic Product Assessment – Represent the HF perspective through innovative and visual communication techniques, supporting vehicle development decisions with empathy for end-user needs.
* Ergonomic Testing & Issue Resolution – Plan and execute HF assessments and gateway testing to identify and resolve ergonomics issues using data-driven insights.
* Customer Feedback Analysis – Analyse user and customer feedback related to ergonomics and integrate findings into requirement development and continuous product improvement.
Must-Have Skills
* Proven experience working in a demanding technical environment.
* Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer feedback and technical data.
* Understanding of human physiology, anatomy, or anthropometrics.
* Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
* Ability to influence and contribute to cross-functional discussions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA or 3DEXPERIENCE).
* Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools like JIRA.
* Broader understanding of full vehicle engineering and cross-discipline collaboration.
* Resilient and enthusiastic, capable of handling pressure and delivering outcomes effectively.
Years of Experience Required
3–5 years of relevant industry experience in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Product Design, or similar disciplines.
