Female Support Worker
Pay rate: £15.75 (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: 8:00-20:00
We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their own home in Norwich. This person has learning disabilities, communication difficulties, autism, bipolar, and challenging behaviour, but these do not define them. They have a wide range of hobbies such as puzzles, colouring, darts, and wrestling. To make the most of outings, a full UK Driving Licence is required.
Enriching activities are a key part of your support, and you will bring an empathetic approach to genuinely make a difference in this person's life. Previous experience in the following areas is essential:
* Learning Disabilities
* Autism
* Challenging behaviours
* Mental health
What will your shift involve?
Your time will be divided between providing high-quality, compassionate, and tailored care, and overseeing, inspiring, and managing a team of support workers. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as creating staff rotas and maintaining care plans.

You will provide high-quality, 1:1 care, engaging in meaningful activities and supporting community outings to promote social interaction and well-being. Supporting household tasks to maintain a comfortable and organized living environment, and communicating clearly in the individual's preferred manner, are also essential.
