Position; Bodyshop Painter
Location; Bicester
Salary; £45,000 - £46,000
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Body Sprayer to join a busy and well-established automotive bodyshop. This is a hands-on role where quality and efficiency are key. You will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets customer and manufacturer expectations.
Working Hours: 7:30am until 5pm
Main responsibilities;
Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming
Mix and match paint colours accurately
Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
Carry out polishing and finishing work where required
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality Required;
Proven experience as a Body Sprayer / Paint Technician
Strong knowledge of paint processes, materials, and equipment
Ability to colour match accurately
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Refinishing) desirableCommutable locations;
