Main duties of the job
As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the care home is kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This includes scheduling and supervising the work of the housekeeping team, ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, and monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed. You will also play a key role in implementing and maintaining infection prevention and control measures throughout the home.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or in a similar supervisory role within a care setting is preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are essential.
