This is a highly visible and commercially focused role, offering the opportunity to support senior leadership, influence key decisions, and play a pivotal part in a business undergoing significant growth and investment. Based in East Yorkshire, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and business partnering across a complex and evolving operation. Leading a small team, you’ll drive high-quality insights, ensure robust governance, and help shape the future performance of the division. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis Drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-led performance tracking Oversee financial controls, audits, and statutory compliance Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making Manage capital expenditure processes and cash forecasting Develop and mentor a team of finance professionals Key Requirements: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Finance/Accountancy Strong technical and reporting background with excellent attention to detail Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on continuous improvement You’ll be joining a high-growth division within a well-invested, ambitious group, offering real scope to make an impact and develop your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
