We are currently recruiting for multiple Administrative & Clerical roles across Belfast City Hospital, Mater Hospital, and Musgrave Park Hospital.
These positions offer the opportunity to work within busy Imaging departments, supporting vital services across the Belfast Trust. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative operations, including managing referrals using RIS/PACS systems, handling patient and departmental communications, and providing reception and general office support.
Rate of pay £12.75 per hour
Applicants must be flexible and willing to work across all Belfast Trust sites, including long days, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
Registering referrals in line with IEAP and departmental protocols
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Providing reception cover and handling calls
General admin duties such as filing, data entry, and mail handling
Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Trust policies
