Customer Services Executive
Full time permanent office based role
Mon-Fri office hours

Salary: £24000-£26000 per year plus very good company benefits.
The role:
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for all aspects of customer service from responding to email enquiries, checking customer accounts, monitoring direct debits, taking payments, and any other customer and client follow up demands. This role will also give support to sales, admin and the accounts teams where necessary to carry out administrative tasks and assist with any excess workloads.
Duties and responsibilities:
Direct communication with customers by phone and email
Complaint resolution
Liaison with multiple departments to ensure a complete understanding of the current situation, processes and required actions to ensure a timely and appropriate outcome for both client and the business
