Role Overview
AB role to provide a more intensive level of support to our highest performing Planners, enabling them to bolster their commercial success. You will support 1 or 2 Wealth Planners, working effectively and intuitively with them to ensure all their clients receive a premium service.
Accountable for accompanying Planners on client visits, taking detailed notes, providing actions and ensuring client records are completely up to date and accurate. You will also act as a conduit with Client Delivery and Paraplanning colleagues, prioritising tasks and liaising on the Planner’s behalf to ensure required work is carried out promptly, processes run smoothly and any issues or hold‑ups are quickly resolved.
Additionally, you will deliver a highly efficient executive service, including diary management, arranging and preparing for client meetings, coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of other meetings and events, and taking a proactive approach to developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Support 1 or 2 Wealth Planners and provide premium client service.
* Accompany Planners on client visits, take detailed notes and provide actions.
* Ensure client records are up to date and accurate.
* Act as a conduit with Client Delivery and Paraplanning colleagues.
* Prioritise tasks and liaise on the Planner’s behalf.
* Deliver executive support, including diary management and event coordination.
* Develop strong client relationships using emotional intelligence and business knowledge.
* Respond to clients in the most appropriate way.
To be Successful in the Role You Will Need
* 3 years financial services administration experience.
* NVQ level 3 / Diploma in Business Administration or another relevant qualification.
* Knowledge of the UK regulatory system, especially those aspects relevant to financial services.
* Level 4 qualification or studying toward completion.
* Excellent IT skills and a good working knowledge of Connect and XPlan.
* Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines while under pressure.
* Professional and confident with first‑class communication skills.
