About the RoleWe’re looking for skilled and motivated Chefs to join our catering team at Trenchard Line, part of ESS – Compass Group.
You’ll be preparing and serving high-quality meals in a take-out style service, supporting a smaller team and providing meals for approximately 150 Service Personnel.
This is a full-time, site-based role in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For✅ Previous experience in catering or chef role – essential
Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) – desirable
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible, reliable, and positive attitude
