Our client is a well-established law firm, they are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work within their Private Client department. The purpose of this role is to assist a busy team and fee earner with their day to day work, providing administrative and secretarial support.
Duties:
* Production of accurate and timely documents
* Contributing to the management of client files
* Liaising with clients and third parties by phone and in person
* Using digital dictation system to produce correspondence and other documentation
* Maintaining and updating client admin files
* Support with reception duties as and when required
* Meeting and greeting clients coming into the office
* Booking of meeting rooms
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary
* Strong and efficient secretarial skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience with audio transcription
* Extremely organised and excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills
This role will be fully office based, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday from the office in Cranleigh
