Job Title: Lecturer in English

About the Role:
* Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in English
* Supporting students to make outstanding progress toward their qualifications
* Contributing to college-wide quality assurance processes
* Inspiring learners and helping them unlock their full potential
Essential Qualifications:
* Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent
* Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
* Relevant Teacher training / completing within 3 years of employment or 3 years of the first available course.
Essential Experience:
* Experience of teaching mathematics to Level 2.
* Experience of working with a wide range of learners at different levels.
* An understanding of the educational issues relating to the development of mathematics.
