Ideal Candidate Profile
* Background in concrete repairs, construction or civil engineering
Responsibilities
* Support the business development element by identifying winning bid themes, strategies and actions.
* Standardise tender bid submissions and adhere to tender processes.
* Provide support to the pre-construction team and produce overall tender submissions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with technical teams.
* Collaborate with contract management teams to produce content.
* Review PQQ/ITT and liaise closely with senior colleagues to meet overall objectives.
* Complete quality content of tender submissions and collaborate with pre-construction and construction teams when working on tenders.
* Collate, compliance verify and submit full tender documents.
* Ensure content and format of responses maintain brand consistency.
* Support/cover other members of the bid team.
