Working Hours: 8AM to 5.15PM Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 12.30pm
Salary: 25,000- 30,000 Based on Experience

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Automotive Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in Maidstone. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain specialist knowledge within the automotive industry while developing new skills.
The successful candidate will assist customers, support the parts department, and learn the fundamentals of automotive parts sales, service, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support: Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and incoming orders.
* Department Logistics: Support daily operations, including stock organization, deliveries, and maintaining a clean workspace.
* Enquiry Handling: Provide professional phone and email support for customer enquiries and order processing.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the service and workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
* Continuous Learning: Gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, part specifications, and modern inventory management systems.
