Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle building relationships with clients, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and matching talent to the right roles. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where success is rewarded and career growth is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process from job brief to placement
* Sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, and social media
* Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
* Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
* Providing excellent customer service and aftercare to clients and candidates
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the systems
What Were Looking For:
* Previous recruitment, sales, or account management experience (preferred but not essential)
* Confident communication skills
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Proactive and driven to achieve targets and goals
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* IT literate and comfortable using online recruitment tools
* Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
