4. Lead the Product Department, managing product strategy, development, and lifecycle across all markets
5. Own and deliver the product roadmap, from concept and business case through to launch and optimisation
6. Drive new product development and re-engineering projects, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and sustainability
7. Manage and develop the product team, setting objectives, balancing workloads, and fostering collaboration
8. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and international suppliers to align product priorities
9. Monitor commercial performance, pricing, margins, and KPIs to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
