Description About the REGAL Team Jefferies’ Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging (REGAL) group offers a full range of investment banking services to companies across the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure, and Lodging sectors. The team works with diverse clients spanning residential, office, industrial, retail, storage, casino operators, leisure, and lodging businesses across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The team combines deep sector expertise with a strong track record advising on complex and high ‑ profile transactions. Key Responsibilities As an Analyst / Associate in the REGAL Investment Banking team, you will play an integral role in supporting senior bankers across all aspects of client coverage and transaction execution. Your responsibilities will include: Deal Execution & Financial Analysis Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, M&A, and leveraged finance analyses. Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other strategic advisory transactions. Conduct company due diligence and assist in preparing transaction materials. Industry & Market Research Perform in ‑ depth research on Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging sectors to support pitches and live transactions. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics across relevant subsectors. Client & Internal Collaboration Assist in preparing client presentations, transaction updates, and pitch materials for senior bankers and clients. Work closely with colleagues across product teams, legal, compliance, and other internal groups to ensure seamless delivery on projects. Team Contribution Participate actively in a lean deal ‑ team environment that provides meaningful responsibility from day one. Contribute to a collaborative, high ‑ performance culture focused on integrity, analytical excellence, and client service. Qualifications & Skills Sector experience (Real Estate or Gaming) at the Associate level. Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Demonstrated financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information clearly. High level of attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast ‑ paced environment. Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related fields is advantageous. Why Join Jefferies REGAL?
