Are you an experienced financial planning administrator, looking for a Senior IFA Administrator in central Birmingham with hybrid working?
Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Adviser.
Duties for this role will include:
* Processing new business including fund switches, pension transfers, top ups and income payments.
* Keeping client records up to date.
* Booking annual review meetings
* Preparing letters of authority
* Preparing meeting packs for client reviews.
* Onboarding new clients, setting up records and completing GDPR & AML requirements.
* Dealing with client queries
The candidate:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
* Relevant experience within an IFA environment
* Experience with Enable, Fidelity would be good
* Able to manage their own workload
* Can work independently when remote
