Minimum 5 years' sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic sales role
Proven background in Freight Forwarding or Express Parcels sales
Strong track record of winning and developing Air Freight, Sea Freight, and EU Road Freight business
Previous experience in mentoring or managing a sales team is a bonus
A genuine passion for logistics, customer service, and business growth
